Could anyone tell me the meaning of "Administrative Closure"? Thank you .


2.The processes in the Project Procurement Management knowledge area are as follows: Procurement Planning, Solicitation Planning, Solicitation, Source Selection, Contract Administration, and Contract Closeout.

I know "Procurement" means purchasing product or service. But I would be much grateful if you could tell me the meaning of "Solicitation Planning", "Solicitation" and "Contract Closeout".
