1. could you possibly tell me the usages of the phrasal verb set up

in spoken English, Is set up used commonly ?

2. "have something to do with her , have to do with her and is to do with ..." could you please tell me how to use them properly? (some expressions don't take " with" )

eg.: 1.The effect is going to have to do with the music that you listen to.
2.The effect is going to have something to do with the music that you listen to .
3. what does it have to do with her?
4. the temperature is to do with the pressure in this chemical reaction
5 . the temperature has to do with the pressure in this chemical reaction[/i]
