What is the term to describe when someone's first and last name could be a first name?

Your question is not clear.

Are you writing a letter to a person and you don't know if this person is male or female or if it is the last name?

I think an "unregistered" poster can't further respond.
I am guessing that the poster is asking about a person whose last name can also be a first name: Harry Walter, Mary John, etc.

I am not aware of any term for this kind of name.
