Just a quick question, thanks for taking a look at it :D

Does it make sense:

I thought you slept late and woke up early.

I thought you sleep late and wake up early.

I thought you were sleeping late and woke up early.

I'm just confused.. can you check and see which one make any senses?.. If not, can you please correct it for me.

There must be some confusion.
"sleep late" is the opposite of "wake up early"
I thought you slept late, BUT I see you woke up early. (That makes sense)
