Hi. I know for research papers, a Works Cited page is required, but if I'm analyzing or summarizing(which involves quoting) one book without outside sources, like The Little Prince, is a Works Cited page required, which would only contain a single entry for that book? Thanks.

First, if you have the time and opportunity, ask your teacher. Second, if it's the only source you're using, then you could write the source at the bottom of the same page in which you quote the work or you could write the source at the end of your paper, on a separate page called Works Cited or References.
