Yes, it's grammatical. The meaning depends on the context. You need more in the sentence. By itself, it means what it says - You've had a fever.
When did you have the fever? Do you still have it? What is the reason for communicating this? All these things will give the sentence a specific meaning.

As Raymott says, you need more to the sentence, such as "I have had a fever and a rash, but I'm OK now".
