How about the three words are using correctly at below sentences?

The Christmas Eve was a big day for us, because we could get over normal salary on that day. Our company also received more income from the business and the staff could take a special discount with the product from our company.

[STRIKE]How about[/STRIKE] Are the three words marked in red [STRIKE]are using[/STRIKE] used correctly [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] in the sentences below? [STRIKE]sentences?[/STRIKE]

The Christmas Eve was a big day for us, because we could get over normal salary on that day. Our company also received more income from the business and the staff could take a special discount with the product from our company.

Note my corrections to your opening question.

I have left your original main sentences as they are so that it's clear which words you put in red. However, here is a corrected version:

Christmas Eve was a big day for us because we were paid more than usual that day. Our company also made more income/profit and the staff were offered/given a special discount on any products from the company.

Note that "Christmas Eve" does not need an article. The fact that you used the simple past after it means that you are talking about either the Christmas Eve that just happened or, just possibly, all previous Christmas Eves.
If you want to show that this happens every Christmas Eve, you would use the simple present to indicate a regular or habitual action, as follows:

Christmas Eve is [always] a big day for us because we are paid more than usual that day. Our company also makes more income/profit and the staff are given/offered a special discount on any products from the company.

Other ways of saying it:

. . . (Delete The.) Christmas Eve was a big day for us, because we could get overtime on that day. (or: get paid overtime) Our company also netted more revenue (or profit) from the business, and the staff could take a special discount with the products from our company.

Note: A salary is a fixed annual amount. Salaried employees do not get paid more for working overtime. Only hourly wage-earners get overtime.
