[Grammar] Ref: Use of too...to

If one is asked to use "too..to" in the sentence "The question is so easy that everyone can answer it", and he answers "The question is too easy not to answer", will it be grammatically correct?

Yes, it's grammatical. It doesn't have the exact meaning of the original though.
