[Grammar] Regarding a pronoun, "its" and "their".

Sentence: "She, CNN and its/their journos are betting for reform bill only because of their leanings."

My question/doubt: Which pronoun would be right for this sentence, its or their ? Please explain with reasons.:)

If you think of CNN as a massive, single entity, then use "its."

If you think of CNN as made up of many people, then use "their."

By the way, don't use or see "journos" in my day-to-day life. Where is that from? The sentence is also missing an article before "reform bill."

Thanks for the answer. Regarding the word journos yes I think you are right I have also seen people using it not often-ly. The word journo is used by Asians, Britons mainly, I guess. You can find this word in Wordweb dictionary software. It's a free software.
