Sentence: "There is a strong suspicion to suggest he is involve in the corruption"

My question/doubt:Should the above mentioned sentence have article "a" in it ? Or even without it, it would be grammatically correct ?

Thanks

It's ok with or without "a", but "involved" not "involve".
