Please have a look at my sentences. Are they correct? Do they sound natural?
a. However, I would prefer not to respond at the moment.
b. At the moment, however, I would prefer not to respond.
c. However, I would prefer not to give an answer at least at this stage.
d. At this stage, however, I would prefer not to give an answer.

c needs some punctuation before "at least at this stage." I would use an em-dash.

Do you understand the difference between "respond" and "give an answer"?

These all could sound natural, depending on what was said right before it.
I know they are clamoring for a response/an answer. .... Then one of your sentences.
