Dear Teachers,

What's the difference between these two?
*Do you know any good restaurant around here?
*Do you know any good restaurants around here?

My guess is that the first one is asking for 'a restaurant' where as the second one is asking for 'restaurants.'

And if my assumption is correct, saying "Do you know any good restaurant around here?" would be the same thing as saying "Do you know a good restaurant around here?"
