I have told you more than once that dictionary definitions give an idea of what the word means. You won't always find one definition, to the exclusion of all others, that gives the precise meaning of the word in a sentence you find.

Do you mean it would sometimes better to mix definition than thinking only one of them? Does this mean that we derive our new definition comprising some parts of others?
