Anglika,..Thank you..I got it now.
Does it use in daily life often?
Yes, especially with reference to music. (And it's easy to mishear,as both 'rock 'n roll' and 'rocking' tend to be used in the lyrics of rock songs - for example

'Rock and roll music, any old way you choose it'
and
'The joint was rockin', goin' round and round'

)

PS Correction: 'Is it used much in everyday life?' or 'Is it in everyday usage?'

It's not uncommon every day usage. Even "older" folks will use it...for example, a business executive might give his staff a pep talk before giving a presentation and end it with "OK, let's rock and roll!" (Meaning let's give it all we've got.) On the TV show COPS, I've heard a supervisor tell his SWAT team "let's rock and roll" right before breaking into a suspected drug house.
