Eggsy said to Brandon that the cake was prepared by Princess Tilde:

Eggsy: And Tilde made that for you herself, bruv.
Princess Tilde: Mmm-hmm.
Brandon: The royal baker's not available.
Princess Tilde: Oh, shut up, Brandon.

What is the meaning of "royal baker's not available"?
Does it mean Cake was brought from royal baker?

Brandon says to Brandon that cake was prepared by Princess Tilde

In addition to Piscean's comment, I would like to add that this sentence is missing an article and a closing punctuation mark.

It suggest to me that Brandon is trying to downplay the significance of the fact that the princess baked the cake for Eggsy, suggesting that she only did so because the royal baker was not available, rather than because the princess is interested in Eggsy.

What is the meaning of "royal baker's not available"?
Does it mean the cake was bought from the royal baker?
Would that be possible if that baker was not available?

Remember to follow the rules for capitalization. Cake is not a proper noun except when it's part of a name, so it should not be capitalized in your sentence.
