Can I say these in English?
1. He seems to become frightened.
2. She seems to become scared.
3. He seems to become frightened that the matter couldn't work properly.

Thanks.

While they are understandable they are very unnatural. No native speaker would say them.

Hi,
thanks for your answer. Please give me some examples that sound natural then.

I don't find that natural at all.

Do you have a suggestion to make it more natural? I was just trying to find a way to express what Cubisto wanted to express using his/her own words.

I agree. It would be worth commenting on if someone doesn't become scared in a situation which most people would find scary.
