Hi

1. Cut this off with some scissors.
2. Cut this off with a pair of scissors.
3. Cut this off with a scissors.

In my opinion 1 and 2 are correct. Are there any other ways to say the same thing?

You are right about which are right. It seems too obvious to say but the following are of course ok -"Cut this off with the/these/those scissors.

:)
