Please teacher help me out, in rephrasing this statement, i use this often and its becoming monotonous.

'Dear Customer,

Our iDirect Modem at Lagos Nigeria branch was powered down at 11:00am.
Kindly take note'.

There really aren't many ways you can put that sentence differently since the bulk of the sentence carries key information.

Perhaps:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please be informed, our iDirect Modem at Lagos Nigeria branch was shut down at 11:00am.

Thank you.
