Sentence pattern with the word "Tell".

Are these sentences grammatical: 1- "Don't tell anyone this." 2- "Don't tell this to anyone." 3- "Don't tell him this." 4- "Don't tell this to him."?

None of them are grammatically correct as written. If you add a period ("full stop" in British English) to the end of each one, they will all be correct.
