Hi all

need your comments on the following sentence:

We wish to inform you that company having financial year end other than 31 December is required to complete and file a statement (Form R31)

"I wish" may not be appropriate.
Who is sending this letter, and to whom? Is it to one specific company or is this a general reminder to all companies?

We wish to inform you that as your company has an end of financial year other than 31 December, you are required to complete and file a statement. (Form R31)

Thanks. my last question : If it is a general reminder to all companies, do I need to insert the word "a" before the word "company" in my original sentence ?

Then it would be:

We wish to inform you that companies having an end of financial year other than 31 December are required to complete and file a statement. (Form R31)
