Hi teachers, could you please correct my sentences below?

I'll call you as soon as I get home.
I'll call you as soon as I got home.

I was here an hour early.
I was here an hour earlier.

Follow up

Andy and I are bestfriends since gradeschool.--> I believe this is correct.
Andy and I is upset. :?:

Janice and Shiela is fighting almost everyday.
Janice and Shiela are fighting almost everyday.

I heard her sang once.
I heard her sing once.

For me, she's the best teacher.
To me, she's the best teacher.

Please explain why some of the sentences are wrong. Thanks! :)

I would like to know this too.

I'll call you as soon as I get home. <--correct? Since we are talking in future tense, we use "get"?

I'll call you as soon as I got home. <--incorrect? Is so, why is it incorrect and can you tell me what does it mean?

=>(Since you aren't home yet, use get; when I get home, I will call you.)

I was here an hour early. :D
=>Means, I got here one hour too early.

I was here an hour earlier. :D
=>Means, I got here one hour before I was supposed to arrive.

=> As for subject verb agreement, when in doubt, change Andy and I to We; The pair Andy and I act as a set: We are. :D

=> I heard he DO something once (Base form)

She is the best teacher for me. (OK)
She is the best teacher to me. (Not OK)

As for me, I think she is the best teacher. (OK)

Why can't I say "I heard her SANG once."?-- I heard her already, right?!

1. I heard singing. (OK; singing functions as an object.)
2. I heard her sing. (OK; sing functions as an object.)

Structure
I (subject); heard (verb, past tense), her sing (verb's object). Note, 'her' is a pronoun. It takes 'sing' as its object. Objects do not carry tense.

3. You looked a lot like her. (Used to look; at that time, in the past, when the photo was taken, you looked like her)

4. You look a lot like her. (At the present time, now)
