Hello.


I have written two sentences but I have no idea which one is better.


The deadline for completing the order has been scheduled by the Orderer to take place in the fourth quarter of the year 2021/ The deadline for completing the order has been set by the Orderer for the fourth quarter of the year 2021.
I would choose the latter one.


I would be grateful for your answer.
