The main context that comes to mind (being a BE speaker) is this...

sex up phrasal verb [T]
to make changes to something, especially a piece of writing, in order to make it seem more significant, exciting or interesting than it originally was
sexed-up adjective

‘In the greatest scandal to threaten the free world yet, it appears that the BBC may have sexed up the reporting of its allegations that the Government “sexed up” its Iraq report last September. But this interpretation may itself be a sexing up of the situation.’

If it's a song lyric, then 'sexed up' is more likely to mean sexually aroused. ;-)

I also think it could be a song lyric. Do you know that song " I wanna sex you up". I am not sure who sang this song originally, but in Germany a newcomer called " Overground" has sung the song.

I'm revealing how sad I am here by knowing this, but it was a group called 'Color me bad'.
