hi,

I have a few doubts about these verbs. Is the sentence "I shake just by thinking that I almost wasn't able to ..." OK? Could I use "tremble" instead of "shake"? How would a native say it? What's the difference between these 2 verbs?

thanks,
JC

"Tremble" would be better in this sentence, but "by" should be omitted.

I would phrase it differently with "shake" - "I shake all over just thinking that I almost wasn't able to..."
