1 She has a boyfriend who is a policeman.
2 She has a boyfriend, who is a policeman.

What's the difference between the two sentences? I think the first one means she has only one boyfriend. The second one means she has more than one boyfriend, the one who is a policeman is one of them. Am I right? Thank you!
