The sentence is "Shocking video has emerged of a gang of thugs carrying out a violent attack on two 'customers' at an Indian restaurant."
Now here are my questions:
Is "emerge of " a phrasal verb, followed by "a gang of thugs..." as its object?
or, is "of a gang of thugs..." a propositional phrase, which modifies "shocking video"? If in such case, is it appropriate to put a propositional phrase modifying a noun after a sentence?
