It's not that simple, and it's not how the forum works. Why don't you give us some sentences where you are unsure which to use?

Something must have prompted you to wonder this. Have you seen a sentence which included "should" and you thought it should be "ought to"? You have not just conjured this question out of thin air.

I can't think of any just now, but they probably exist.
(There are no situations where you need to use 'wanna').
