The following words are on a contact page of a web site. Does the use of 'should' grammatical? Should it be 'if'?

As far as I know, for such kind of usages, they mean the same but should is formal than if.

It's quite formal, you could say it was old-fashioned, but it is still in use.

Yes, I think so. I can't remember there being a specific rule about it.
