I know what the phrase means, but how do you put the 2nd part into English ?

Un grupo de jóvenes búlgaros han decidido celebrar la Epifanía en un lago cerca de Sofía, sin importarles el pequeño inconveniente del hielo y las temperaturas bajo cero.
