Slang TH sound

Hi, I want to know how the TH sound is pronounce not in Standard American, but in the american ghetto slang. For example, in words like "think" I often hear a different pronounciation, it's between a T and a TH, the so called dental T (the one they use in Italy and Spain, for example). It's articulated wit your tongue against the back of your upper teeth, rather than between. Is it a dental T or what? Please I really wanna know that!
Same thing for the TH in "brother", is it a dental D?

We don't use a hard "T" in the word "think," except to show an exaggerated accent (Italian, Jersey accent, gangster, etc.) so you could possibly be hearing it in rap songs, etc.
