1.What's Deference between "most time" and " The most times"?

2.in this test:

x----------the farther it gets from the surface of the Earth.
(A) The less a body weighs (B) The less weighs a body
(C) A body weighs less (D) The less does a body weigh

why C is correct? what is the meaning of "less the farther"!?
