2. My feelings for him has changed.
3. I have changed my feelings to you.

1. For him to forfeit his favourite hobbies would be impossible.
2. My feelings for him have changed.
3. I have changed my feelings toward(s) you. This would be better as: "My feelings toward(s) you have changed".
