1.If a question begins with: Did Helen Keller have a voice?

Should we answer:
A. Yes, she did OR
B. Yes, she had.
Which one is correct?

2. They can exercise their legs and be healthier as well. ( Is this sent correct?)

I would say 'Yes, she did'. I would use 'had' to a question 'had she got'. ;-)

The sentence about exercising their legs is fine. ;-)

Both are correct. In English the verbs to do, to have, and to be are used as auxiliaries. All of these auxiliaries can be used in short answers, as in the above.
