Hi,

1. You are the right person to speak to.

2. You are the right person to speak with.

I'm wondering what difference you see between the two.

My guess is:

1. is informal and used to indicate your friend while 2 is used in a bussiness situation.

The difference in BrE is that the first is common and natural; the second is not.
