Does it sound a little archaic if I say "Speak your name!"? I think I have heard this in some historical movie, so I wonder whether people say like that now and if it is a good phrase for a historical text.

And would it be good to answer this question like that "George is my name"?

Marina, please note that you could have edited your post by clicking on the Edit Post button. You didn't need to post your supplementary question separately.

We wouldn't say 'Speak your name!' now, but it's fine in a historical text.

Your suggested answer is fine.
