Hi everyone,
Arabic is my native language, so I find it difficult to use some verbs
like those in these sentences( the underlined ones).

I never spend time to cook OR I never have time to cook.
Is there any difference between them?

Yes, if you never spend time doing (not to do) something, it just means that you don't take the time. If you don't have time you can't spend time.
