People have squatted the state own land.

People have squatted in an old state own house.

Can you tell me the transitive one and intransitive one?

The first has a transitive verb and the second one has a intransitive verb, I believed.

Your are correct. But I have never seen "squat" used as a transitive verb before. It sounds odd.

And it is "owned" land/house, not "own" land.

You own a land.
It is your property.
So the land is own by SoothingDave.

No, the land is "owned." Past participles are used as adjectives.

It should be "People have squatted on the state-owned land."

In America and the UK, the TV network is independent. Some countries doesn't have independent TV.
Is it state-owned TV? or state-own TV.

Owned is the past tense of the verb own. Government is still owns TV.
It should be state-own TV, I beleived.

I already told you that past participles are used as adjectives. That means "owned."
