Do not know of any verb specific to the work place, but companies have a great problem with "theft in the workplace".

Perpetrators often try to belittle this behaviour, and use some kind of euphemism like 'borrow' or 'liberate', or use some jocular term like 'half-inch' (Cockney Rhyming Slang for 'pinch').

When people buy something of doubtful (and probably criminal) provenance it's said to have 'fallen off the back of a lorry' - but that wouldn't be used for theft from the workplace.
