Does this "still" mean "but" or "another instance or group of"?

Sitting in a meeting,you will see that some people are taking care of work that is unrelated to the current meeting. Others are checking their e-mail. Still others are reading. Each of these activities takes up your working memory...

Hmm...some are taking care of work, others are checking their e-mail, and, in addition to what these people are doing, some are reading. "He worked in a coal mine. Some of the workers operated the heavy machines that dug into the seam of coal while others cleaned up the area. Still others drove the trucks which carried the raw ore to the ore separation station". The same thing is going on in the last sentence. One group did one thing, another group did another, and, in addition to what the first two groups did, another group had another job.
