What parts of speech are "while" and "overseas" in the following sentence?

Secondly, studying the basics of English at secondary school is less stressful than learning the language while overseas.

while is a subordinating conjunction of time.
overseas is an adverb of place.

Note that while overseas is an elliptical clause; in full it would be something like: while you are overseas.
