Could you please help me on the structure of the sentence below?
Is it correct to say "One possible solution to this problem would be for parents to encourage children..."?

You could, though 'this' sounds better to me, without having any more context, as 'the' could also imply that it is the only problem.

Actually it's my fault.I didn't phrase it correctly.I wanted to say..."A possible solution to this problem for parents would be..." or "A possibler solution to this problem would be for parents to..."
Which one sounds better?

Although the position of the for-phrase is grammatically variable in the way that you suggest, note that the structure (and meaning) change according to the position selected. In the original, 'parents' is specified as the agent of the verb 'encourage' (and not as necessarily being connected with the problem), while in the revised form it is simply an adjectival postmodifier to 'problem' (while verbal agent is unspecified).
