I am searching for a "nice" word to describe an ungrateful or unappreciative person. Can you help me? I am trying to let someone know that they are being this way without just being mean about it. Is there a word that is a little more subtle that I can use?

Thank you
Amanda Smith

Maybe you could let us have the sentence you plan on saying when you meet up with said person ? ;-)
I'm afraid any of my suggestion would be way too candid otherwise.

There is no "nice" way to tell a person that he is not being "nice."

Perhaps you could say that he is acting "unappreciative" to the nice things given to him, or is acting "socially indifferent, " "lacking manners."

"Stop being a brat" would work, too!

"Inconsiderate" could also be used.
