1. embarrassing (present participle as an adjective)
2. poisonous (Poisoned would be correct if someone had added poison to it. If it is inherently toxic, use "poisonous".)
3. literacy (Improvement or inprovements would be correct for the second. Improvement focuses on the general result. Improvements focuses on individual changes.)
4. OK
5. You could use "useless" there, or say that the assistants were not helpful. Helpless has a different meaning.
6. I think you want "irrelevant" there. It means not relevant.
7. OK. Put a comma after "unbelievable".
8. relaxing
9. OK
10. OK
11. I suspect that it is "unconscious" that you want here. "Conscious is grammatically correct, but it is not unusual for people to be "conscious". The sentence, as written, conveys little information unless the child subsequently developed "unconsciousness".
12. It would be strange to use "unsuccessful" after the present perfect. It would be better with "rejected".
13. OK without the "et". I don't know what that is.
14. Nobody is fired for "loyalty". Again, this is grammatically correct but it makes little sense. Try "disloyalty".
15. OK
