I have read that superlative adjectives don't work with perfect, unique and supreme, but I found this:
My car is much perfect than yours.

Is it correct or what, can anyone elaborate this?

Simple answer - "My car is much perfect than yours" is completely incorrect.

You might see "My car is much more perfect than yours" but it's still wrong. The "much more" part is correct we shouldn't use "more" with "perfect", "unique" and "supreme".
