Hello, for example I see a famous person in front of me and I want to take a picture together. Is this way is correct to ask him to take a picture together? Can I take a picture together? I think you understood what I tried to express just help me please. :-?

I would use something like Could I have a picture with you? That is more likely to appeal to big egos. ;-)
