When you find some problems, and want someone who is in charge of it to do something so solve the problems, what do you usually say? I wrote some sentences , and if you see any problems, let me have your comments. Thanks!

1. I am writing to inform you some of the problems I've found out in the library.

2. I would like yo to take some actoins to get rid of the problems mentoned above and improve the library environemt, so that students can study in a better environemnt.

1. I am writting to you to inform you about the problems I've found out in the library.

2. All students would benefit significantly if the library environment was improved.
Hope native speakers like my suggestions;-)

In the first I wouldn't say "found out", rather I would say "found".
I would tend to use the subjunctive in the second.
