Talent is very important in one's success. I do agree with oregeezer that perseverance, enjoying with work and fellow workers come way ahead of talent but what if you have perseverance and enjoyment PLUS talent. People usually enjoy at work which utilizes their talents. And people who are usually famous and successful are those who have optimized their talents.;-)
