What should I say when I speak by cell phone and there are problems with connection (the talk is being frequently inetrrupted, broken) ?
Is it natural to say:
"Sorry, I can't hear you, the connection is very poor." ??

Yes — also 'You keep breaking up', 'We've got a poor signal'.
