Dear teacher! I have a high fever up to 104. How can I express this? Can I say "I have a temperature of 104"?

You can also say "I'm running a fever of 104" or "I have a fever of 104." The word "temperature" is also correct, but "fever" emphasizes that your temperature is too high and that you are ill.
