I'd like to ask what tense I'll use and if the sentences are correct.

She hasn't heard the song:
1. My wife'll definitely get pretty much goosebumps when she hear that song.

2. My wife'll definitely get pretty much goosebumps when she has heard that song.

Neither! When something hasn't happened yet, so we're talking about it in the future like this, we use the present tense. There's another problem with your sentence too:

We don't "pretty much" get goosebumps. You get them or you don't.

So, your sentence would be better written as:

My wife will definitely get goosebumps when she hears that song!

It's clear that you're talking about the future by the use of "My wife will..."
